Only
of Minnesota’s teaching workforce is BIPOC.
If we continue to train our teachers in the same way, we can expect the same results. Minnesota schools are full of racially diverse educators in unlicensed roles. We value the skills and backgrounds of these servant leaders, as well as those who have not previously felt included in the education sector.
We have partnered to build a Registered Teacher Apprenticeship Program to transform teacher preparation.
